Adoption fee includes a one-year San Francisco dog license or lifetime cat registration, a Spay/Neuter surgery fee, a micorchip, vaccinations and a free Vet Exam. Adoption fees may vary depending upon surgery costs. Cash, checks or Visa/Master card accepted.

Redemption fees are progressive - second time $60.00, third time $90.00. This fee does not include dog license or cat registration, daily care, vaccinations or any other special costs your animal might have incurred while at our shelter. Cash or Visa/Master card accepted.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES
|
- Rabies and other vaccinations: Provided to dogs and cats either when first impounded or at the time of redemption.
- Veterinary Services/Special Fees: For any extraordinary care or expense provided for an animal, an additional fee consisting of the actual expenses will be charged.
- In the event that it is determined that payment of fees by the owner/guardian would cause significant financial difficulty, fees may be waived by the Director, or designee, at their discretion.
