(This item allows any member of the SFPD to address the Commission regarding matters related to nightlife and public safety).

5. Hearing and Possible Action regarding conditioning existing permits under the jurisdiction of the Entertainment Commission. [Action item]

a) Tim Choy dba Neck of the Woods, 406 Clement Street, Proposed modification of existing conditions to a Place of Entertainment permit.


6. Hearing and Possible Action regarding applications for permits under the jurisdiction of the entertainment commission. [Action item]

a) Tsaan Lum dba Sunset Billiards, 2267 Taraval, Billiard Table permit application.

b) Mike Leon dba S.F. Eagle Bar, 398 12th Street, Place of Entertainment permit application.

c) Rory Paull dba Live! at the Razz 1000 Van Ness, Place of Entertainment Permit application.

d) Malik Adunni dba IRL Productions Carolina Street between 16th & 17th Street, Loud Speaker Permit. 8:00PM to 12 Midnight.

7. Discussion and possible action regarding File # 121065 Legislation changing Planning Code to create Polk Street Alcohol Use and Tobacco Paraphernalia Restrictions; Presentation by Amy Chan, Legislative Aide to Supervisor David Chiu. [Action item]
